Why Choose Us?

Thoughtful, evidence-based lactation support—right when you need it.

Choosing the right lactation support matters. I work with all types of families and feeding journeys — including exclusively pumping parents, same-sex couples, surrogate families, and single parents by choice. Every family is welcome here.

With a background in maternal–infant nursing and years of clinical experience, I also specialize in supporting medically complex babies, including preterm infants, babies with hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice), and infants requiring oxygen support.

My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your goals, and provide gentle, practical guidance so you can feed your baby with confidence.

Meaningful Feedback

Our firstborn preemie would nod off to sleep almost instantly at my breast, never getting enough to fill her up. We were up every hour with less than satisfactory feedings…until Penny walked us through her recommendations to achieve a calm, nourishing experience. When I look back on those first few weeks, I realize that without Penny’s guidance I might have given up on breastfeeding. Thank you, Penny.

Mom of 4-lb, 10 oz Bundle of Joy

I was feeling helpless when it came time to return to work. My three-month maternity leave felt too short. I couldn’t get my mind around pumping at the office, worrying that I wouldn’t be able to provide enough for my newborn. Penny helped me build a plan that got me past my hesitation and intimidation. My son is surpassing all weight goals, and I treasure the bonding experience!
